Summary
Saltwater fish, Boxfishes. The trunkfish is mainly in shallow water,
over seagrass beds. The triangular-shaped carapace is deeper than it is
wide, with a pronounced mid-dorsal hump. There are two spines near the
anal fin, but none over the eyes. Difficult to approach.
Characteristics
Size: 55 cm.
Colour: Vary between green brown blue and gray. Colourations and markings change.
